Event at Tesco Extra in Isleworth highlights value of early diagnosis February 5, 2025 World Cancer Day was marked this Tuesday (4 February) by The Mulberry Centre which held an event to raise awareness of early diagnosis. The charity was at the Tesco Extra in Isleworth to highlight to shoppers how to recognise cancer symptoms and to tell people about the support services it offers. The Mulberry Centre was reaffirming its dedication to providing essential support and services to individuals and families impacted by cancer. This Global Day of Awareness highlights the need for collaboration in the fight against the disease in all its forms. Since its inception, The Mulberry Centre has aimed to be a lifeline for those navigating the challenges of a cancer diagnosis. Offering free services such as counselling, holistic therapies, and practical advice, the charity plays an important role in improving the quality of life for patients, carers, and those bereaved by cancer.
