The Everyman Cinema has provided a sneak peak inside its new Brentford venue which is in the final stages of being fitted out.

The chain says that it will open to the public in ‘the coming months’ which is widely understood to mean at some point at the end of March or beginning of April.

The new venue will consist of three state-of-the-art screens all fitted with velvet sofas. It will have a lounge with a full operating bar and an extensive food, drinks and snacks menu which can all be delivered directly to your seat.

Food on offer will include hand-stretched pizza with fig, prosciutto & gorgonzola or plant-based pesto & sundried tomato, or gourmet burgers. Sharing items will include hot honey halloumi and padron peppers.

The cinema in The Brentford Project will be its 48th location and the only cinema in the TW8 area following the closure of Watermans.

Brentford is one of two venues that the Everyman Group is expecting to open this year with a five-screen cinema at The Whiteley centre in Bayswater also planned. After a difficult period in 2024 due to the writers’ strikes and disappointing box office performance from some big releases, it is anticipating a much better film slate for 2025. Key titles for the year include Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, F1, Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning, Michael, Wicked: For Good and Avatar: Fire and Ash.
