Ballymore, the developer of The Brentford Project, has unveiled a new phase of flats which has been released for sale.
Overlooking the River Brent, Quincy House will provide 85 apartments, with the building in an area dubbed Town Wharf Square. The units include studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with prices starting at £350,000. The new flats include underfloor heating, with the three-bedroom apartments featuring kitchen islands.
Residents get exclusive membership of The Wick – a private club with an open-air pool, gym, spa and treatment rooms. There is also a concierge service, as well as private rooms available to book out for business meetings or social gatherings. Additionally, The Wick features several outside spaces.
Forming a key part of the London Borough of Hounslow’s wider masterplan for Brentford (which seeks to regenerate and improve the town centre), the success of The Brentford Project has been recognised with a number of industry awards already won this year, including Development of the Year at the PROPS Awards.
Commenting, Brian De’ath, Managing Director of Sales and Marketing at Ballymore, said, “In the past 12 months The Brentford Project has become a fantastic place to live. It’s now home to busy restaurants, a beautiful new dock with direct access to the waterside, independent shops alongside high street essentials, a packed summer schedule of events and entertainment and a new Everyman cinema opening soon.
“People love to live here and it’s easy to see why. It’s no longer a place of future promise, but a place to be enjoyed in the here and now. Quincy House is the next opportunity for people to be a part of this thriving new neighbourhood and to experience it for themselves. Not only will they get to enjoy a high-quality new apartment, they’ll also have access to our private residents’ facilities, which are completely unique to the town.”
