A special weekend designed to highlight the quality of local architecture is to be held this August.

Brentford Landmarks Day takes place on Saturday 11th August. A number of local Churches and other buildings will be opening their doors from 11am - 4pm

The following buildings will be open:

St Paul’s Church tours, exhibition, lunches
St Faith’s Church family history, bookstall, refreshments
St George’s Church to be confirmed on the day
Brentford Free Church open to visitors until 2.30 pm
The Resource Centre
(Alexandra House)
open house
Brentford Library display on Nowell Parr
Kew Bridge Steam Museum free entry to the tower
(5 feet height restriction)
Boston Manor House tours at 3 pm and 4 pm
The Toll House, Brentford Lock life on the canal

The following day, Sunday 12th August will see the Brentford Landmarks Walk. Participants should meet at 2.30pm at Goddard's Corner. The cost is £2.00.
