Report abandoned trolleys and mobikes and they will vanish

This jolly nice man from Trolleywise responded to the request from Friends of Boston Manor to collect the discarded shopping trolleys that had found their way into Boston Manor Park – all 16 of them.  

He mentioned that they are all about the environment so for every two trolleys they collect they plant a tree – so that would be 8 trees then!  His job is to reunite the trolleys with their owners (in our case 1 Morrisons, 1 M & S and 14 Tesco’s) and then the shops engage with the charity arm to make it all happen.  At a cost of a trolley from between £150 and £300 depending on the size it has got to be worth it.
