South
West Trains are introducing a new timetable from Monday 12 December.
The
new service sees four trains an hour to London Waterloo throughout
the day, including peak hours. However all trains will stop at every
station, ending the popular semi-fast journey which took 10 minutes
off the time taken to reach Waterloo.
On
Mondays to Fridays the first train leaves Brentford for London at
0539 . Trains then leave at 09, 24, 39 and 54 minutes
past each hour until 22.24, after which there are trains
at 2254 and 2329. A similar service operates on Saturdays,
although there are fewer trains early in the morning.
Coming
home, trains leave Waterloo at 07, 22, 37 and 47 minutes
past each hour until 2152. Later trains depart at 2222,
2252, 2322 with the last train at 2352.
Sunday
services remain poor, with just one train an hour in each direction.
Trains from Brentford begin at 0742 and cease at 2342
and depart Waterloo at 50 minutes past each hour, with the
last train at 2250.
