Kew Bridge Pontoon (P/2017/3111) permission for its removal has been granted (Aug)
Q / Citroen Garage
L&Q held a further information session for residents to find out about their second stage proposals for over 400 homes, up to 40% affordable housing and public square on 5/7th September. See their project website
Capital Interchange Way (bus garage)
P/2016/5244
An application was submitted in November 2016 for three 18, 19 and 20 storey buildings including a bus depot, 550 flats, offices etc. In Pending Decisions August recommended for refusal as departure from Development Plan, and excessive height, density and bulk of proposed buildings.
London Green (police P/2017/3371 / Watermans & Max Factor "Albany Riverside" P/2017/3372)
A planning application was submitted in August for about 300 flats and a replacement Watermans (of similar size to existing) on police site and Watermans/Max Factor sites.
Chiswick Curve (Chiswick Roundabout)

The planning application for a 32-storey tower block at Chiswick roundabout was rejected by the Planning Committee in February 2017. The applicant is appealing this decision. See further details (Aug).
Ballymore (Land south of the high street)

Outline application for the entire site and detailed application was approved April 2015. Mix of 867 residential units, commercial, retail and parking.
Maintenance is ongoing for St Lawrence's Church. CPO is in process with public inquiry to start on 3rd October with details to be posted here.
Lionel Road Development (Lionel Road triangle TW8 9QR) P/2013/1811
Full planning permission for a new stadium for Brentford FC and outline permission for 910 residential flats was approved in December 2015. Clearance started on site in March 2017. London Irish were granted permission in February 2017 to play rugby at the ground. A pre-application presentation is being made to Hounslow on August 24th. Club statement and Chairman statement both 15th August.
Floreat School (Layton Road)

Planning application has been submitted for a primary school and 139 flats in February 2017. The applicants are expected to submit a smaller scheme (Aug).
Bolder Academy (Grasshoppers Rugby Club)

Planning application was approved in August 2017 for a new secondary school to be built on the current Grasshoppers site (which is moving next to the Nishkam School). The temporary school is intended to be the current temporary site for the Nishkam School.
Brentford Towers
Proposed Refurbishment will be carried out but the towers will not be reclad. There will be urgent improvement works, including concrete treatments, window and fire door replacements, and extensive grounds improvements.
B&Q / Hudson Square
Outline proposals for at least six blocks of up to 22 storeys containing PRS, affordable and student accommodation, hotel and office / retail were exhibited in June.
