Planning for Block D on Brentford High Street

Land South of the High Street - Block Outlines

Ballymore got planning permission in April 2015 for its development of the Land South of the High Street. It was granted as detailed permission for phase 1 (Blocks B, C and K) and outline for the rest.

Hounslow Council entered into a deal last year to sell its land at County Parade to Geronimo and to acquire the site of Block D at County Parade where the affordable housing will be.

Proposals are now being put forward for the development of up to 96 affordable homes plus retail on the ground floor of plot D, to the west of Catherine Wheel Road.
