View plans for final and largest phase of the development

Waterside Places are preparing planning applications for the third and final phase of Brentford Lock West to complete this award winning regeneration project. This development is creating a vibrant new community and enhancing the waterways alongside the Grand Union Canal in Brentford.

Keelson Gardens, an impressive array of new apartments in Phase 2 of the award-winning Brentford Lock West, were launched for sale in January and more homes are planned for phase three

The project team will be holding drop in sessions for people to see the latest plans and talk to the team. The events will take place at the Brentford Lock West Marketing Suite, off Commerce Road, TW8 8FE on:
