The Local Plan sets out proposals for key elements for development for the entire borough over the next 15 years.

It is out for consultation for six weeks until Friday 26th July and you are invited to comment on the proposals laid out.

The key elements for Brentford are set out here but below are two important maps for Brentford. Do click on them to get the full sized maps in high resolution to download.

Brenford

The two blue areas, one surrounding the Golden Mile and the other the residential majority of Brentford are "areas of growth and regeneration". The "S" is a potential new primary school and the three yellow areas are designated strategic development site.

The above highlighted sites are those that form specific parts of the plan with the 'M' sites being mixed development including Lionel Road, South of the High Street, Griffin Park and so on. These sites have been detailed in the Local Plan and can be read (along with larger scale maps) as Brentford Key Sites (15pages pdf, extracted from the Complete Local plan).

The Complete Local Plan document can be downloaded here. (Note large pdf)
