Bubbles are the theme of a range of events planned

A fortnight of bubble-themed family fun is taking place at the London Museum of Water & Steam from Saturday 1 to Sunday 16 April.
Did you know that under a microscope a bubble looks like a water and soap sandwich?
Explore the brilliance of bubbles, get stuck into hands-on craft activities, and get creative with the community art project. Plus, the fun Bubbles Science Show explores the cycle of water and how bubbles are made. The show runs every weekday at 11am, no booking required. Families can also join a brand-new Bubble Disco with the team in the garden on weekdays at 2pm.
Musical Mark will be here every Sunday afternoon during the Easter Holidays delivering story and music sessions. On Saturday 15 April, Milin Patel, a certified international water sommelier who will be delivering an interactive water tasting experience. No booking required.
Learn all about the wonderful world of water in an interactive Waterworks Gallery and Splash Zone and find out more about the historic Kew Bridge Waterworks site where the people and engines helped make London the city it is today.
The London Museum of Water & Steam is open every day during the Easter Holidays. All children go free, every day. Adults are £19, concessions £17.00 and the ticket lasts for an entire year.
Based in the historic buildings of the former Kew Bridge Waterworks, the London Museum of Water & Steam tells the story of London's water supply, the site, its people and the amazing pumping engines.
As well as housing the world's largest collection of stationary steam pumping engines, the Museum is also home to a narrow-gauge steam locomotive and a Waterworks Gallery that traces the development of London’s clean water supply. The Museum offers a fun and educational day out for families and steam enthusiasts alike.
