Layton Road Proposals Get an Airing

Developers will present to members of the Planning Committee

The Planning Committee at Hounslow Council now hold pre-application proposals forum so that developers can put their emerging concepts to the Planning Committee and get feedback before plans are fully developed.

The next such forum is to be held on 22nd September at 7:30pm in the Council Chamber at the Civic Centre.

The first item for consideration is the proposed new location for Floreat School at Layton Road.

This will comprise the two form entry primary school, 149 flats and landscaping.

This will be situated on the south side of Layton Road, replacing the existing car park, Suzuki garage and neighbouring commercial space.

The public are welcome to attend (but not speak) at these meetings.
