Man left needing stitches after motiveless assault
An apparently motiveless attack took place on Albany Road this Saturday 26th August on a 29 year old man at around 1am. The victim, a white male, was walking along when suddenly struck on the head from behind with an unknown weapon, possibly a bottle. He was struck again across the ear causing him to bleed profusely. The victim can only remember seeing an unknown person running off down Albany Road towards Somerfields. August 29, 2006
