Fly tippers have used a commercial car park in Brentford for the second time leaving local businesses with big bills to pay to clear it up.

It has become a particular problem on The Ham near Brentford Dock where house clearance waste has been illegally discarded.

Richard Hunt of RHA Furniture said, “For the second time in 6 months we have had a serious amount of commercial rubbish deposited all over our shared car park.

This has cost us hundreds of Pounds to have cleared and the police are not interested as it’s commercial. “

He has informed his local ward Councillor Guy Lambert about the issue.

This site remains committed to providing local community news and public interest journalism.

Articles such as the one above are integral to what we do. We aim to feature as much as possible on local societies, charities based in the area, fundraising efforts by residents, community-based initiatives and even helping people find missing pets.
