Respiratory Health Awareness Day

Drop in for advice on looking after your lungs

Pop in to Brentford Health Centre on Saturday 11th May between 10am-1p, to find out more about your respiratory health.

There will be 20 minute talks on coping with COPD and asthma and the effects pollution has on these conditions.

Cllr Katherine Dunne, Hounslow COPD Support Group and Dr Richard Baxter, CCG Respiratory Lead will be available along with representatives from Smoking Cessation and Air Quality Brentford. The Mayor of Hounslow, Cllr Samia Chaudhary will also be present.

Find out your "lung-age" with a quick and easy test.

Bring your inhaler with it and check your technique.

Learn about new asthma prevention programmes and what is available to help you prevent and manage your respiratory conditions.

This event is open to all residents of Brentford and Isleworth.
